Additionally, you can use the "Advanced Search" feature to designate your gift to any charitable agency in good-standing with the IRS.
WHEN DOES THE CULLIGAN CARES EMPLOYEE GIVING CAMPAIGN END?
All credit card and payroll pledges must be made by November 22nd at 11:59pm CST.

WHEN DOES THE CULLIGAN CARES AUCTION END?
Bidding ends on Thursday November 21st, 2024, at 6:30pm (CST), and all winning bidders must remit payment for items by November 29th. The sooner payment is remitted, the sooner you receive your won items! Auction items can also be paid for online via credit card, and all winning bidders will receive an emailed invoice by November 25th.

Yes, Culligan will match every dollar to double the impact to your selected charities.
HOW DO I REMIT OUR DEALERSHIP SPECIAL EVENT DONATIONS?
We encourage you to make all special event donations online via credit card for immediate impact by November 30th. Culligan Cares Ambassadors and managers can make a one-time credit card donation selecting their local dealership nonprofit as the recipient. Simply check the box stating "I am a manager or an ambassador making a payment on behalf of the dealership" during the giving process.
WHY USE PAYROLL DEDUCTION TO MAKE A DONATION?
Payroll deductions are spread out over the year, making it easier for donors to give larger amounts, plus providing a dependable source of income throughout the year for our nonprofit partners.
WHEN ARE DONATIONS DISTRIBUTED TO THE CHARITIES?
CHC distributes funds to our nonprofit partners on a monthly basis.
WHEN WILL THE MONEY BEGIN BEING DEDUCTED FROM PAYROLL?
Your payroll deduction pledge will begin with your first paycheck in January 2024.
IS MY PAYROLL DEDUCTION TAKEN PRE-TAX OR POST-TAX?
Payroll deduction is post-tax.
HOW DO I GET A RECEIPT FOR MY DONATION FOR TAX PURPOSES?
If you made your contribution via payroll deduction, you can use your paystub, W-2, or another document furnished by your employer that shows the date and amount of your contribution. We encourage all employees to use a copy of their pledge form or acknowledgement email for receipt purposes and to consult their tax advisor.
CAN I REDUCE, STOP, OR CHANGE MY PLEDGE?
Yes, employees can always reduce, change, or discontinue their payroll deduction pledge by contacting your organization’s payroll processor or payroll department who will coordinate with CHC.
