Please follow these instructions to give to the causes and nonprofits that matter most to you during the 2023 Culligan Cares Employee Giving Campaign.

GIVE BY PAYROLL DEDUCTION:

GIVE BY CREDIT CARD:

1. Click "Give Now" in the banner image of the homepage

2. Select method of giving as "Payroll Deductions" (Every other week= 26 pay periods)

3. Provide your Culligan email address (the system will recognize you!)

4. Click "Get Code Now"

5. Check your Culligan email address for the email with subject "Your Verification Code"

6. Input 6 - digit verification code

7. Choose the nonprofits you wish to support

8. Determine the amount you can give and how frequently

9. Split your gift between selected nonprofits

10. Confirm your gift and check your Culligan email for acknowledgement receipt

1. Click "Give Now" in the banner image of the homepage

2. Select method of giving as "One time or reoccurring donations"

3. Choose the nonprofit you wish to support

4. Determine the amount you can give and how frequently

5. Choose your payment method (credit card or bank account)

6. Confirm your gift and check your Culligan email for acknowledgement receipt

AUCTION REGISTRATION:

AUCTION BIDDING:

1. Navigate to the Culligan Cares Auction by clicking here.

2. Review auction items by clicking "Auction" at the top of the screen, to determine if you want to bid. There are more than 100+ items!

3. To register, click "Register Now" on the auction homepage. You will need to provide your Culligan email address, and a few more details like your name, and the charity you wish to support with your winning bids. We encourage you to create a password too.

4. After you confirm your auction registration you will receive an email with more auction details.

5. Bidding begins on November 7th at 7am CST.

1. After registering, navigate to the item you want to bid, and click "Place Bid".

2. Here you can choose your bid amount, select whether or not to be anonymous, and decide what your maximum bid amount will be if you want the system to bid for you!

3. When placing your bid you now have the option to set a max bid amount which will allow the system to automatically bid for you up to your chosen amount. Just check the "Set max bid" box and enter what your maximum bid amount will be and the system will do the rest!

4. Each auction item has a starting bid, and bidding increment, so make sure your bid amount follows those guidelines.

5. You will receive a confirmation email after you place each bid, and even when someone outbids you on an item!

6. Continue increasing your bids to secure you are the winning bidder when the auction closes on November 9th at 7PM CST.

7. All winning bidders will receive an email by November 13th with instructions on how to remit payment by November 30th. We encourage paying for won items by credit card. Items will be shipped within 2 weeks of receiving payment.
