CHC: Creating Healthier Communities impacts more than 27 local nonprofits in Iowa and over 5,000 nonprofits nationwide every year. Working in partnership with local and national organizations, CHC collaborates on strategies and solutions to the barriers to health equity. We drive creation of inclusive responses and opportunities that are equitable and just, so all people can thrive.
