This year join the CHC staff, board of directors, and advisory council in raising $50,000 to make an impact in communities across the US. CHC is working to improve health equity by bringing communities together to address challenges. Consider supporting CHC's Health Equity closing the gap initiative to support our direct program work!

We are excited to announce that match and staff incentive program will continue this year. Our match is valued at $10,000. Staff that pledge a total gift of $500 will receive a 1/2 day vacation, and pledges totaling $1,000+ will earn a full day of vacation.
