From November 1–14, join your colleagues in the 2025 Together We Care campaign—our annual opportunity to support the programs, patients, departments, and causes we care about most. Whether you work in a clinic, lab, office, or operating room, your gift strengthens our commitment to our community and one another.
Use this portal hosted by our partner CHC to contribute through payroll deduction or to make a one-time gift. You can select programs with a charitable fund at Hennepin Healthcare Foundation, the Hennepin Healthcare Research Institute, or any qualifying nonprofit listed in the CHC portal.

This year People and Culture is proud to launch the Employee Hardship Fund—a brand-new resource intended to provide limited emergency grants to Hennepin Healthcare employees experiencing personal financial crises. Its ability to help depends entirely on us. The more we give, the more colleagues we can lift up during their moments of need. Every contribution matters—and during this year’s campaign, all payroll deduction and PTO gifts to the Employee Hardship Fund will be matched by the Hennepin Healthcare Foundation up to $10,000, doubling your impact.
